The Brant Historical Society was formed in 1908 and has operated the Brant Museum & Archives since its opening in 1952. The Historical Society has offered many programs for the citizens of Brantford and Brant County during the past 100 years and has worked diligently to preserve the history of the community. Key programs include publications on local history, operating the Brant Museum & Archives, and a monthly lecture series on local history. The Society owns an extensive collection of Brantford and Brant County artifacts, photographs, and archives. The Society welcomes new members interested in supporting our work. Memberships are valid for the calendar year.
